Repeatedly molested by her uncle and grandfather throughout her childhood. Valencia became suicidal and cut herself in an attempt to alleviate her pain. She had a tattoo of a crying rose put on her arm as a reminder to never cut herself again. Valencia started an online support group named Survivors Foundation to reach out to other survivors of sexual abuse.
