Physically, emotionally, and sexually abused between the ages of 13 and 16 by her then boyfriend who grew up with her. She learned her pastor's granddaughter had also been molested by the same boy, and finally told her mother about the relationship and obtained a restraining order against her abuser. Napolitano is now an active member of RAPP (Relationship Abuse Prevention Program), and speaks at her high school to students in abusive relationships.
